These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MKO88 ("MKO88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at mko88.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By creating a user account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the MKO88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the MKO88 platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses the platform from a device in their possession. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the MKO88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's account wallet at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or cashback amount credited to a User's account that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, virtual sport, or sports betting market accessible via the MKO88 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity verification process required before a User's first withdrawal or upon MKO88's request at any time.

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User using approved payment methods, net of any withdrawals already made.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x means the bonus amount multiplied by 35).
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the MKO88 platform.

To register and maintain an account on MKO88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of the laws of your country of residence. MKO88 applies a stricter standard consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling guidelines for casino and sports betting activities.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of MKO88 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of MKO88 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded account on MKO88.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on MKO88 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. MKO88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify MKO88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our 24/7 support team. MKO88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

MKO88 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification (KYC) at any time. Users will be required to provide a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may be required to provide proof of address or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

5.1 Deposits. MKO88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are also accepted. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are published on the relevant deposit page. MKO88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. Processing times are as follows:

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost): 5 to 30 minutes from approval
• DuitNow transfers: Approximately 5 to 30 minutes from approval
• FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Same business day, subject to processing cut-off times
• Cryptocurrency: 15 to 60 minutes, subject to network confirmation times

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to all applicable bonus wagering requirements being met. MKO88 will not process a withdrawal request where outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied. Users may choose to forfeit any active bonus to enable immediate withdrawal of real-money funds only.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. MKO88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to delay, withold, or refuse any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are derived from unlawful activity or where additional verification is required. MKO88 may file reports with relevant authorities where required by law.

MKO88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which include (but are not limited to) wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Rules. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero percentage. Refer to individual bonus terms for specific contribution rates.
• MKO88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

6.2 Bonus Abuse. MKO88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, matched betting on opposing outcomes, and coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and any winings derived from those bonus funds forfeited. Repeated or severe bonus abuse will result in permanent account closure.

Users of MKO88 are expected to engage with the platform fairly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to other users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage. Any winings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other users in any game — particularly live dealer games — to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against MKO88.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other tools to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward MKO88 staff or other users via any communication channel.

Any breach of these conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content on the MKO88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the site — is the exclusive property of MKO88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the MKO88 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, or distributing any platform content; reverse engineering any software; creating derivative works; or using any MKO88 branding or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MKO88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether temporary or permanent.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, network failure, or data transmission error affecting the platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform.

MKO88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit MKO88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

MKO88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes all reasonable steps to prevent gambling-related harm. As a condition of using this platform, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.
• You are responsible for managing your own gambling activity and expenditure.
• MKO88 provides deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools that you are encouraged to use if you feel you need to manage your gambling.

Users who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting our support team or through the account settings section of the platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, you must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. MKO88 reserves the right to close any account created in breach of an active self-exclusion.

11.1 Termination by User. You may close your MKO88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by MKO88. MKO88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe that your use of the platform involves illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• You provide false or misleading information at any stage.
• We are required to do so by court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law.
• The continued operation of your account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, MKO88 reserves the right to withold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited. All licence rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which MKO88 is licensed and registered. MKO88 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute, MKO88 encourages users to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to[email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent MKO88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

MKO88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MKO88 will provide reasonable notice to registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the MKO88 platform after any such changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.
